Why do you want to participate in Journey to Justice?

"I came to the United States from South Korea when I was 7 years old with my family in 2001. Since arriving I have been undocumented and living in limbo since the announcement of DACA in 2012. I continue to fight for immigrant community regardless of economic, and immigration status. I have been lucky enough to see how hard my parents work to support me financially, emotionally, and politically by putting me through college, and in everything that I do. I am inspired to do the best I can for my family, and friends. I fight for Justice of all people - past, present, and future.

I am volunteering to participate in the Journey to Justice for a couple of days to fight for Citizenship for All. I am also riding so that other undocumented Korean American young people can be inspired to speak up and fight for their dreams. Though times might be tough being undocumented in America, I would like to share that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. I would like to share that there is a community of fierce and brave undocumented young people who would be happy to reach out to build a better community of support, no matter where you are living in the country. I am also participating because I love supporting and being around the organizations and the group of people who believes in Justice for All."
